There are several methods by which you can place your order but before you place any order, please be sure to read our Ordering and Privacy Policy notes first. Also please note that orders for shipping within Australia should be purchased from this site and orders for shipping outside Australia should be purchased from our sister site.

The most common and easiest method to shop our website is to use our secure web ordering system by visiting our home page and other products page, clicking on the various product pictures, adding orders to your shopping basket and then "checking out" when you've finished.

The above method is becoming "the standard" for Internet ordering. However, if you prefer to post, fax or phone your order through (or simply fill out an online form), refer to the following:

To telephone your order through - fill this form out, then print it and then read from it. If you want to save time on the telephone send us an email with all your information EXCEPT your credit card details and then phone us with your credit card details and an email address so we can link them together. You can call us between the hours of 9.00 am WST and 5.00 pm WST Monday to Friday or 9.00 am WST and 1.00 pm WST Saturday.

If the product/s are footwear, include the following information: product style, colour, size, gender of wearer and bare foot length (if possible). Note that sending your credit card details over the email is generally considered not secure.
