1) Q: How long will it take to receive my order?  A: From successful receipt of payment, average time to delivery will be one week within Australia and two weeks outside Australia.  

2) Q: Can I pay for faster shipping? A: No

3) Q: Do you sell the American UGG xyz style? A: No.  We are the Australian UGGS-N-RUGS® brand not to be confused by the American UGG make.  Our brand is Australian made by Australians in Australia for nearly 30 years.  More information on this can be found at: http://www.saveouraussieicon.com 

4) Q: Can I order 1000 pairs and will you give me discount? A: No.  We do not wholesale.  Additionally we do not have the capacity to produce the footwear in such large quantities.  Also, our prices are extremely competitive and there are no discounts.
